This entry level role is a brilliant first step into the fast-moving world of shipping and logistics You'll get hands on experience, full training, and the support of a friendly and experienced team that values every contribution.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting Logistics: You'll help us manage freight costs and work closely with suppliers to find the best solutions for our customers.
- Managing Data: You'll use our CRM system (like CW1) to keep customer information up to date and support our sales team.
- Assisting with Marketing: You'll help create and update our marketing content, including social media posts and website updates.
- Providing Customer Support: You'll help with price quotes, prepare special pricing sheets for clients, and assist with sales calls.
- Conducting Research: You'll research the market and our competitors while helping build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
Skills and Experience:
- Organisational and time management skills.
- Confident in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
